United Kingdom
We usually dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. We are a small independent business and every item is made by hand in-house, so during particularly busy periods it may take a little longer to get your order on its way. We always work as quickly as possible.
Standard UK Delivery
Please allow 3–4 working days for your order to arrive after dispatch.
All standard UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
During peak or seasonal periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Next Day UK Delivery
Orders placed before 12pm (midday) will usually be delivered the next working day.
Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Next Day deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked. While next-day delivery is achieved the vast majority of the time, occasional delays can occur outside of our control.
Guernsey, Ireland & Northern Ireland
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard.
Please allow 5–10 working days for delivery after dispatch.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, and most of Europe.
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.
Please allow 5–20 working days for delivery after dispatch, depending on destination and local postal services.
At present, express international shipping is not available.
