DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving your order (see above for specific event updates). Mugs, Towels, Clothing & Custom Orders may take longer. Some mugs & towels may be shipped separately to the rest of your order due to stock levels. Masks can take around 10 working days so if you're ordering more than just a mask & you're in a rush for the rest of the order please place 2 separate orders. 


Once dispatched the delivery timescales are below (these timescales are not guaranteed and can change at any time. Please see www.royalmail.com for latest updates - Royal Mail are currently experiencing lots of delays (10 working days in some cases).


Our collection times are Monday - Friday 5pm (excluding bank holidays)

We're always in the office thinking up new ideas and getting your orders ready as quickly as we can. We even work Sundays and Bank Holidays (yay for you, not so yay for us) which does mean if your order is marked as dispatched out of 'working hours' it will be collected the next working day.


Royal Mail Delivery Timescales (once we've dispatched your order) - please note that at present, there can be up to an additional 15 working days on top of the below dates due to Royal Mail backlogs


1st class: 1 to 3 workings days

2nd class: 3 to 7 working days

Europe: 3 to 10 working days

International: 5 - 10 working days (excluding the time your parcel could be held at customs)

All of our orders are shipped in branded packaging. So if you're ordering in secret you'll need to enter an alternative delivery address at checkout :)


REFUNDS AND RETURNS


If you're unhappy with your order or service you've received please get in touch with us by calling 01480 412956 or you can email us at customerservice@special-days.co.uk

We are unable to accept returns, or provide refunds, in respect of print on demand or personalised products, or masks unless the product is defective or we are otherwise in breach of our agreement with you and are obliged to do so.

To obtain a refund you must return the product(s) to us in the same condition in which you received them within 14 days. We will examine the returned product(s) and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the reasonable cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Please note delivery times are based on the Royal Mail so can vary. We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours then shipping times will apply.  We do not offer refunds for items that don't arrive on time unless the item is returned.  

Missing Orders

We ship all of our orders using Royal Mail and very occasionally our lovely products don't reach their intended recipient (which makes us very sad). In the unlikely event that your order doesn't arrive when expected (please refer to the  https://cheekychopscards.co.uk/p/deliverypage for delivery times) please get in touch by sending us an email to customerservice@special-days.co.uk

We'll raise a query with Royal Mail as soon as you get in touch - so if you can let us know the location of your local sorting office that would really help. Please note, missing orders can only be investigated/resolved within 30 days of the original shipping/dispatch date.  If it has been more than 30 days since the original shipping date, you will need to contact Royal Mail directly.
