INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY.

 

We can now send our good internationally. We have a flat rate charge of £8.00, which you can select at the checkout for all international orders.

 

TRADE ORDERS.

 

Delivery cost on trade orders are £5.95 for UK delivery. Delivery times are 7-10 working days and all sales are firm sale only.

 

RETURNS

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase return it within 7 days for an exchange or refund.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable conditions. Please attach a copy of your invoice or original order number for identification purpose. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Postage or other return costs are the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

 

 

ITEM NOT RECIEVED 

 

We take as many steps as we can to ensure your item arrives with you, when we send via the Royal Mail.

 

Franking machine

All items are sent via a Franking machine with a unique number to ourselves, so if there is a payment issue, we will be charged and the item will still arrive with you

 

Return address:

Everything we send has a clear return address detailed on the item. 

So, if there is a reason it is not delivered it will be sent back to us in good time.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Please allow time for your item to be made and sent, allowing for production time on top of postal time.


THE NEXT STEP.

1 - Please check your address details, we can only send to the address you have supplied.

2- Check with your sorting office to see if they have your item. They do not always leave a card.

3 - Make sure you have given enough time for your item to be delivered.

 

If the item has not been delivered it will be returned to us is 10-20 working days via the Royal mail.
