Greetings cards will be sent 1st class and all other items will be sent 2nd class with an option to upgrade your postage at the checkout.

ORDER NOT ARRIVED

 If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days, it may be waiting to be collected from your local sorting office. 

We take as many steps as we can to ensure your item arrives with you, when we send via the Royal Mail.

Franking machine

All items are sent via a Franking machine with a unique number to ourselves, so if there is a payment issue, we will be charged and the item will still arrive with you

 

Return address:

Everything we send has a clear return address detailed on the item. 

So, if there is a reason it is not delivered it will be sent back to us in good time.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Please allow time for your item to be made and sent, allowing for production time on top of postal time.

THE NEXT STEP.

1 - Please check your address details, we can only send to the address you have supplied.

2- Check with your sorting office to see if they have your item. They do not always leave a card.

3 - Make sure you have given enough time for your item to be delivered.

 

If the item has not been delivered it will be returned to us is 10-20 working days via the Royal mail.

After 15 working days from your order being sent we can put in a claim with the Royal Mail and offer a replacement or a refund.
